Mental health – what does it mean? Well, a lot of times when we think of being healthy, we just think about not being sick. Things like getting a cold or the flu, breaking your leg, or other injuries or illness make us realize just how important our health is. With mental health, it works the same way. It isn’t about just not feeling bad, overwhelmed, or unhealthy…there’s more to it! It can also mean feeling good about yourself, being confident, managing stress in your life, and finding balance.

It can mean different things for different people, but what it comes down to, is feeling good, and feeling healthy, inside and outside. Everyone struggles with their mental health from time to time, whether it’s feeling down, being stressed out, or whatever – it’s important to know that there are people out there to help you, and places you can go for support. You don’t have to deal with your problems alone, there is help, so reach out and get deserve it.
